Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows you to return products within 15 days of purchase.

  • Company Error: If the return is due to an error on the part of Basic but Better, you will receive a full refund, including the product price and return shipping costs.

  • Other Reasons: If the return is for other reasons, you will receive a refund for the product only, while the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

How to Request a Return

To proceed with a return, please send an email to info@basicbutbetter.com specifying:

  • Your order number

  • The product code

  • The reason for the return

  • Your preferred refund method

You will receive confirmation and detailed instructions within 72 business hours. Please note that the return shipment must take place within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse. Refunds may be made via bank transfer or PayPal, using the same currency as the original purchase.

Product Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product.

In the case of defective items, please follow the same instructions. We may also request photographic evidence.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

  • If such returns are exceptionally accepted, a 10% fee of the product value will be charged.
